Payment processing
The checkout is powered by Stripe where configured. Payment details are entered directly into the payment provider’s secure environment; URYUS does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Currency and charges
Prices are displayed in euros unless the site states otherwise. Your bank may apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees that are outside URYUS control.
Authorisation
A payment may be declined by the provider or issuing bank. Some methods place a temporary authorisation before the charge is completed. An order is not accepted until you receive confirmation from URYUS.
Payment questions
For an unfamiliar charge, duplicate authorisation or failed checkout, contact info@uryus.com with the order email and time of the attempt. Do not send card numbers by email.
