Manufacturing concerns
If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, email info@uryus.com with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the material, construction, age and use of the item and explain the available remedy. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
What is not normally a defect
Natural grain, scars, tonal variation, patina, softening and reasonable wear are expected characteristics. Damage caused by misuse, unsuitable cleaning, prolonged soaking, excessive loading, heat or unauthorised alteration may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
Repairs
Repair availability depends on product construction, component availability and condition. After assessment, we will confirm whether a repair is possible, the expected timing and any charge before work begins.
How to request help
Send photographs of the full product and close views of the area concerned, together with proof of purchase and a short description of what happened. Do not send an item until you receive return or repair instructions.
