Current product pages show stock arriving soon. Orders are accepted subject to availability, payment approval and final order confirmation. We will email you when an order has been dispatched.
European Union delivery
Our current estimate is delivery within 5–7 business days in the EU once the order has been dispatched. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee; remote destinations, peak periods and carrier disruption can add time.
Charges and tracking
Available delivery services and charges are shown during checkout before payment. A tracking link is sent when supported by the carrier.
International orders
For destinations outside the EU, local duties, taxes or import charges may apply and are normally the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. Contact us before ordering if your destination is not available.
Delivery issues
If a parcel is delayed, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be located, email info@uryus.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
